Death Battle Game Original Stage: Happy Happy Land

So I've been deciding that the Death Battle Game that makes quotes for I wanted to make a stage that would be exclusive from this game, similar to the Battlefield and Final Destination Stages in Smash. How this is possible if this stage is not from any universe? It's in a computer simulation I guess. I could also see this soundcloud.com/peridarren/inte… play in the stage as music. It was inspired by the Happy Fun Candy Time stage from Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures.
